Duties and Responsibilities:

  • To design and layout all products and services of the company that will be produced in an on-line and/or printed format;
  • Maintain and ensure that the Company’s web content is updated when required;
  • Work closely as part of the IT team to ensure that the website design and layout is integrated closely and seamlessly with the Company’s back office systems;
  • Undertake any other ad-hoc design work of company projects and materials.
  • Marketing collaterals (brochure, banner, infographics) layout mag, report, logos.

Core Skills:

  • Ability to demonstrate creativity in designing the Company’s collateral both online and/or print which is consistent with company’s corporate image;
  • Ability to complete each project in a timely manner as individual and as part of the team to ensure that the Company’s products and services are available to its clients without delay;
  • Organizational skills and ability to work in a fast-paced working environment and independently.

You will be measured on the following KPIs:

  • Turnaround time;
  • Quality of work;
  • Productivity and professional development;
  • Feedback from the client via the sales team;
  • Social engagement.

Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Graphic Designs with 2 to 4 years of relevant experience;
  • Solid experience with digital technology, Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign web design, and typesetting;
  • Knowledge in Adobe Dreamweaver and web design will be an added advantage;
  • Highly self-motivated, with a drive for self-improvement;
  • Great interpersonal and communication skills;
