Produce the agenda for top notch strategic conferences and meetings with solid content and identification and management of highest-level industry speakers or resources for the major and minor conferences, forums and/or training products;
Able to contribute to new, commercially-viable research topics and project origination and ensure
all forums related projects undertaken are delivered in a timely manner and of top quality;
Research current trends across all verticals in the financial services industry to generate content
for various programmes;
Identification and management of speakers or resources;
Develop creative marketing collaterals (videos, audios, social media) that promote the
programmes to the financial services community;
Overall project management from planning, strategizing and execution of these programmes.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Research, Economics, Journalism or related fields;
1-3 years of experience in content development for a research or conference-based organization;
Candidates with prior journalism experience and a flair for financial services are encouraged to
apply as the job will be 80% research based and 20% forums;
Superior research and analytical skills with a creative slant;
Business or banking, consulting, research or writing background will be a plus
Knowledge of Social Media tools is mandatory.
Ability to multi-task manage and implement the entire project management lifecycle;
Ability to support sales by building networks and relationships with speakers, the media,
associates, partners, third parties, other intermediaries and potential clients of the Company.

Thomas McMahon, Director TAB International
Thomas McMahon has over 30 years of experience in international exchange-based commodity and derivative product creation, clearing, trading and regulatory licensing. He worked broadly across Asia to bring major international exchange formation and licensing projects to the market, serving as chief executive officer (CEO) and managing director of Singapore Mercantile Exchange, deputy CEO of Allocated Bullion Exchange and CEO of UD Trading Group. Prior to this, McMahon worked as president, managing director and deputy chairman of the Hong Kong Mercantile Exchange. He also served in various leadership positions at The New York Mercantile Exchange and COMEX from 1983 to 2003.
